My New Workout Routine

With my Husband’s Police Testing coming up the day before my Birthday in June, I want to start working out again alongside him in order to help encourage him to train for the physical test. Over the last few months I have been putting effort into eating better and being a bit more active, so this seems like the perfect time to take the next step.

Monday: Legs

  • 1/2 Mile Run or Bike
  • 20 minutes of Weightlifting
  • As Much as I can of 1 Video:
    • P90X Legs + Back Workout
    • P90X PLUS Pap Lower Workout

Tuesday: Arms

  • 20 minutes of Weightlifting
  • As Much as I can of 1 Video:
    • P90X Shoulders + Arms Workout
    • P90X Chest + Back Workout
    • P90X Back + Biceps Workout
    • P90X Chest + Shoulders Workout

Wednesday: Core

  • 20 minutes of Weightlifting
  • As Much as I can of 1 Video:
    • P90X Ab Ripper X Workout
    • P90X PLUS Core Workout
    • P90X Core Synergystics Workout
    • P90X PLUS Balance + Power Workout

Thursday: Full Body

  • 1/2 Mile Run or Bike
  • 20 minutes of Weightlifting
  • As Much as I can of 1 Video:
    • P90X Kenpo X Workout
    • Ballet Beautiful Total Body Workout
    • New York Ballet Workout

Friday: Rest

  • Low Impact Flexibility Routine
    • P90X Stretch Workout
    • P90X PLUS Recovery + Mobility Workout

Saturday: Rest

  • Low Impact Flexibility Yoga Routine
    • P90X Stretch Workout
    • P90X PLUS Recovery + Mobility Workout
