My Old Workout Routine

When people find out that I spent 3 years losing 70+ pounds, despite the fact that I’ve put most of that back on many people want to know what I did. The answer is a simple one, but one most don’t often want to hear: I worked out 5 days a week and ate well.

I thought sharing my old routine may be helpful to others looking to do the same. Please keep in mind, however, that this was my workout routine at the absolute peak of my fitness. It is not a routine that a beginner is likely going to be capable of doing right out the door. If you take anything from this old routine of mine, let it be my absolute love and recommendation of the P90X series; even if you can’t do more than 15 minutes of any given video (like I couldn’t when I first started), it will be worth it.
