Trial Changes Based on Becker Results

As stated, I am not entirely sure whether or not I agree with the Becker test and its classifications and results. The only way to see whether or not it works more efficiently than what I currently do, however, is to give it a whirl. As such, I will be changing some things in my own routine based on my results.

Fitness:

  • Change up my routine regularly / often
  • Focus on Strength Training and resistance training; Heavier weights, less reps, more compound exercises
  • More Cardio more often; More biking, swimming, and walking; screw running
  • HIIT and Circuit Training workouts are better overall

Diet

  • High protein
  • High (healthy) fat
  • Lower sugar
  • Lower carbs
  • Lower caloric intake
