2015 Goals for General Improvement

I have a wide variety of interests and ways in which I want to improve on those. I’m terrible at figuring out where to start, however, so a list it is!

Fitness

  • Establish a regular exercise routine and stick with it
  • Lose 40 pounds; get to my goal weight of 120
  • Become capable of lifting 160 pounds minimum with ease
  • Get back into Yoga and Bellydancing
  • Go Hiking at least 3 times this year [Trip 1]; [Trip 2]; [Trip 3]
  • Go Camping at least 3 times this year
  • Go Swimming at least 3 times this year
  • Purchase a Fitbit Surge

Health

  • Quit smoking for good
  • Do better at staying hydrated

Food

  • Establish a regular cooking schedule and stick with it
  • Eat out less often; Cook more often
  • Try  new thing a week
  • Take a cooking class if available
  • Work on completing Cookbook

Beauty

  • Establish a regular beauty routine and stick with it
  • Invest in higher quality makeup
  • Begin to wear Makeup more often again
  • Pamper myself once a week

Clothing

  • Invest in a higher quality wardrobe
  • Dress up at least once a week
  • Dress nicer on average, when able

Art

  • Take a Pottery Class if one is available
  • Draw at least one Tattoo a month
  • Draw at least one non-Tattoo art piece a month
  • Draw at least one fashion design a month
  • Knit and / or Crochet more often
  • Get better at sewing; learn to sew Lingerie
  • Learn Embroidery and Beading
